A: In-store – we are located inside Cherry Lane Shopping Centre – directly across from Save-On-Foods on Main St in Penticton BC. Or place an order by phone. We ship Canada-wide! Call us at 250-493-3336.
Q: What are your shipping rates and do you have free shipping?
A: Any orders above $100 after discounts and before taxes will qualify for free shipping. Orders under $100 will be subject to a $20 flat shipping fee.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Original receipt must be presented at the time of return. All product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Probiotics are a final sale and cannot be returned.
